I joined Unilever two years ago, so I am still a relative newcomer. Previously I'd worked with a number of other companies and in a variety of different markets. The attraction of this role was Unilever's strong position in Brazil and the great opportunity to participate in implementing our Vitality mission.

And I was right - the Vitality mission has created meaningful opportunities to deliver an integrated communication plan that adds value to our corporate reputation here in Brazil.

One of the key challenges of my role is managing stakeholder relationships across a range of disciplines - External Communications, Government & Regulatory Affairs and Corporate Social Responsibility. These relationships are very productive; they provide lots of options for translating business objectives into actionable tasks.

My time here so far has been intense and rewarding. I'm part of a great team, who stimulate me and increase my dedication to do my very best.

Unilever has a unique combination of values, people, and brands that make a difference through rational and emotional benefits. I'm proud to be part of it and look forward to continuing to enjoy the unique culture as well as the complexity of communication challenges we deal with daily.
