"In my second year in Unilever, I created a new financial system that was designed to help the Customer Management function with their trade promotions. The company gave me the freedom to come up with ideas and then to design, make and implement it. I'm proud to say that the financial system we put in place almost three years ago is still running and continually being improved. It's also interesting to note how different my current role is.
