How do I transfer my Unilever NV registered shares?

Dividends
When will I be paid my Unilever NV dividends?
Unilever generally pays dividends twice yearly. The interim dividend is announced with the third quarter results in October and paid in November/December; details of the final dividend are given with the announcement in February of the preliminary year end financial results, and payment is in June. When & where is the next AGM?
The AGM of Unilever NV was held on Tuesday 15 May 2007, 10.30am, at the Beurs-World Trade Center "Rotterdam Hall", Beursplein 37, Rotterdam. In 2008 Unilever NV will hold its AGM on Thursday 15 May at 10.30am.
Is it possible to vote by written proxy at the next AGM?
At the next AGM you will be able to vote by written proxy. You will receive a voting instruction form about 6 weeks in advance of the meeting.
