Unilever N.V. AGM resolutions have become effective

09/05/2006 : Unilever N.V. today announced that, subsequent to the adoption by the Unilever PLC shareholders of similar proposals, all resolutions adopted in Unilever N.V.'s AGM yesterday relating to the strengthening of Unilever's corporate governance and structure have become effective.

The proposals will be implemented as indicated in Unilever N.V.'s press release of 8 May 2006 on this subject.
