Stock exchanges PLC shares

Unilever PLC is listed on the London Stock Exchange and as American Depositary receipts in New York and complies with these stock exchanges' publication requirements.


The Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) will publish on their website dealings in Unilever N.V. shares by the Company, Members of our Board and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities.

These transactions are also disclosed on Unilever's website in the Dealings in Unilever shares section.


SEC filings

As a publicly listed company in the United States, Unilever is required to file information that we have to file with the regulatory authorities in our home countries with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as well, such as annual and other periodic reports.

Chamber of commerce

The Trade Register of the Dutch Chamber of Commerce provides information on the sphere of activity, the legal form of Unilever N.V. and the persons which are authorised to represent Unilever N.V.
