Regular physical activity is fundamental to healthy bodies and minds. It helps reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke, diabetes and various types of cancer. It’s proven to be great for our mental health too. But even before lockdown, 23% of adults and 81% of school-going adolescents globally were not active enough.
What can we do about it?
At Rexona, we believe that the more you move, the more you live. We know this has been difficult with coronavirus - many of us haven’t had access to open spaces.
But even when space is limited, we can still find a way to get fitness into our days with the right inspiration. We developed #MoveMoreAtHome to encourage you to keep moving, no matter what the situation.
All you need to do is find ten minutes every day and we will do the rest with you. Simple videos from fitness experts Nana Al Haleq and Faiz Ariffin will help you to strengthen different parts of the body throughout the week.
