The issue

Plastic has its place, and that place is not in the environment. We want to keep this valuable material where it should be – in the circular economy, where it can be reused, recycled or composted.

We all need to be aware of the plastic we use, and make sure we recycle our recyclables correctly. For example, do you need to rinse containers before recycling? Do you remove the non-recyclable elements before placing in the recycle bin?
