The timetable below outlines Unilever’s indicative schedule for quarterly dividends on Unilever PLC ordinary shares and American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) for 2024–2025. All future dates are subject to change.
The declaration and payment of dividends remain subject to approval by the Board of Directors of Unilever PLC.

Unilever shares acquired on behalf of shareholders who have elected to participate in a dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP) in respect of the quarterly interim dividend for Q3 2025 may be acquired after the demerger of The Magnum Ice Cream Company and would therefore not carry a right to receive shares in The Magnum Ice Cream Company upon completion of the demerger.

Unilever PLC dividend reinvestment plans
A dividend reinvestment plan is a convenient, easy way to build your shareholding in Unilever PLC by using your cash dividends to buy additional shares.
Dividend Reinvestment Programmes (“DRIPs”) are available from:
