Simple Spotless Skin is the UK sponsor of the ‘You Generation’ channel on YouTube – the world’s first online talent competition.
Showcasing extraordinary skills
The online audition channel, which launched on 20 March 2013, is the latest talent spotting venture from entertainment mogul Simon Cowell.
Over the next year, stars in the making from around the world can compete in fortnightly competitions to showcase their “unconventional and original” skills. These include fashion styling, TV presenting, acrobatics and animation alongside the more traditional singing and cooking.
You simply need to register and upload a video of you performing your talent to enter the competition.
A panel of experts will choose the winner of each competition, who will receive a cash prize of up to US $2,000 (€1,540) and the chance to go forward to the grand final to win US $75,000 (€57,775) and global recognition as a YouTube great.

You Generation is available in 15 languages and 26 countries around the world.
Achieving your potential
The You Generation sponsorship follows on from Simple’s Spotlight on Talent campaign that ran in the UK in 2012 to encourage young people to reach their potential and grow their confidence.
The competition asked young people aged 13–21 to upload video footage of their skills and create a campaign to gain votes from fans for the chance to win a £15,000 (€17,600) scholarship fund to take their talent to the next level.
