Unilever defines a palm oil grievance as a complaint or allegation that goes against our Sustainable Palm Oil Sourcing Policy (PDF | 167KB) and/or our Responsible Sourcing Policy (PDF | 9MB). Your grievance will go through our Grievance Procedure (PDF | 2MB) for sustainable palm oil.
